Sides
A side dish exists to accompany the main. Sides can be as simple as a cooked vegetable, or as complex as a well executed casserole.
On a weeknight, it may consist of a steamed vegetable or cooked rice. Although to impress you guests, you may want to serve a Potato Dauphinoise.
