Step 4: Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Melt a nut of butter in the pan. Place two of the stuffed french toast in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden.

            Top Tip

Make sure that the heat of the pan is not too hot. The brioche soak up a lot of liquid and it needs time to set on each side. without burning the outside of the bread.

            Substitutions

Play around with the ingredients to make it your own.

            • Marmalade - Change out the marmalade for a fruit jam like blueberry or raspberry.
            • Spreadable Cheese - Use Ricotta or a soft cream cheese instead of the mascarpone.
            • Bread - Replace the brioche with sourdough, or French bread, as long as the bread is dense and capable of being saturated by the french toast mixture.

            Storage

Store any leftovers from the Stuffed Brioche French Toast Orange Marmalade Recipe into an air tight container. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
