Shake or stir well before drinking, as natural separation will occur. For longer storage, freeze the smoothie in single-serve portions (like ice cube trays or freezer-safe jars) for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge or blend the frozen cubes with a splash of liquid when ready to enjoy.
