Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple Pieces frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • cup Swiss Chard finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender jar, ending with the chopped Swiss chard.
  • Secure the lid on the blender jar and blend until smooth. If ingredients do not blend at first, scrape down the side, secure the lid and blend until smooth.
