How to make Turkey Breakfast Patties

- Combine in a large bowl, the ground turkey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined — avoid overmixing.

- Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into 4-inch patties. The flat disks will shrink while cooking.

- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve over an English muffin with lettuce, cucumber. Top with an egg for extra protein.
Storage
Store the cooked Turkey Breakfast Patties by allowing them to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 4 days to keep them fresh and ready for quick breakfasts. Freeze the patties in a single layer until solid, then store them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in a skillet, oven, or microwave until warmed through before serving.
