Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a large bowl, the ground turkey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined — avoid overmixing.
    1 pound Ground Turkey , 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder , ¼ teaspoon Ground Pepper, ¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika , ¼ teaspoon Salt, 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into 4-inch patties. The flat disks will shrink while cooking.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve over an English muffin with lettuce, cucumber. Top with an egg for extra protein.
