Ingredients
Find below the list of ingredients I used to make my Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole.

- Canned Cream of Chicken
- Ranch Dressing
- Hot Sauce (Frank's Hot Sauce)
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
- Tater Tots or Smiley Fries

Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 425F. Remove all of the meat from the rotisserie chicken or have enough shredded chicken to make up 4 cups.

- Combine the cream of chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and grated cheddar in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.

- Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and fold it in with a spatula.

- Lightly coat a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the dish.

- Cover the top of the buffalo chicken mixture completely with the tater tots or smiley fries.
Place the Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove the casserole from the oven when the tater tots are nice and golden. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with your favorite side of veggies or salad.

Storage
Store any remaining Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole in airtight containers. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, or in the freezer for up to a month.

Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Equipment
- 1 9" x 13" Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken from 1 rotisserie chicken
- 10 oz Condensed Cream of Chicken
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- ⅓ cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 650 grams Tater Tots or Smiley Fries
- 1 large Green Onion finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F and lightly coat a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Prepare the chicken by taking the meat off of a rotisserie chicken. Shred the meat so that you end up with 4 cups of chicken.
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and grated cheddar cheese. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken to the large bowl and fold it into the buffalo mixture until well distributed.
- Pour the buffalo chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a rubber spatula to level the mixture in the pan and smooth it out.
- Cover the surface the of the buffalo chicken mixture with the tater tots.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Tater tots should be golden. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with the chopped green onion (optional) and serve right away.
