Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken from 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 10 oz Condensed Cream of Chicken
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 650 grams Tater Tots or Smiley Fries
  • 1 large Green Onion finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425F and lightly coat a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Prepare the chicken by taking the meat off of a rotisserie chicken. Shred the meat so that you end up with 4 cups of chicken.
  • In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and grated cheddar cheese. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the large bowl and fold it into the buffalo mixture until well distributed.
  • Pour the buffalo chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a rubber spatula to level the mixture in the pan and smooth it out.
  • Cover the surface the of the buffalo chicken mixture with the tater tots.
  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Tater tots should be golden. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with the chopped green onion (optional) and serve right away.
