How to make Turkey Burger Salad

  1. Place the ground turkey in a larger frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the oregano. Cook fully and stir in the hot sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. Take off the heat.

  1. Prepare the vegetable by chopping them in bite-sized pieces.

  1. Prepare the Thousand Island Dressing by whisking together the Greek Yogurt, ketchup, relish, onion, powder, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar and salt. Stir until well combined.

  1. Divide the chopped lettuce into two serving bowls. Top with the cooked turkey, bell pepper, tomatoes, cooked bacon, red onion, grated cheese, pickled, and avocado slices. Serve with the dressing and enjoy.

How to Store the Salad

Store the cooked turkey in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Separate the chopped vegetables and greens into another container lined with a paper towel to keep them crisp. Pour the dressing into a small jar or container to keep it fresh. Reheat the turkey when ready to eat, if desired. Assemble the salad just before serving to preserve its texture and flavor.

Thousand Island Dressing

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet Relish
  • ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Turkey Salad Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Ground Turkey
  • 2 teaspoon Dry Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 cups Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ large Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • cup Dill Pickled Slices
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced

Instructions
