Storage

Store any leftover Grilled Asparagus Caesar Salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Keep the homemade croutons separate whenever possible to maintain their crisp texture. Toss the salad gently before serving to redistribute the dressing, and add a little extra Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon juice if needed to freshen up the flavors. For best results, store the grilled asparagus, dressing, and croutons separately and assemble the salad just before serving.
