Ingredients
  

Thousand Island Dressing

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet Relish
  • ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Turkey Salad Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Ground Turkey
  • 2 teaspoon Dry Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 cups Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ large Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • cup Dill Pickled Slices
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Thousand Island Dressing by whisking together the Greek Yogurt, ketchup, relish, onion, powder, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
    ½ cup Greek Yogurt, 2 tablespoon Ketchup, 2 tablespoon Sweet Relish, ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Place the ground turkey in a larger frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the oregano. Cook fully and stir in the hot sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. Take off the heat.

  • Prepare the vegetable by chopping them in bite-sized pieces.
    ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, ¼ cup Red Onion, ½ large Bell Pepper, ⅓ cup Dill Pickled Slices
  • Divide the chopped lettuce into two serving bowls. Top with the cooked turkey, bell pepper, tomatoes, cooked bacon, red onion, grated cheese, pickled, and avocado slices. Serve with the dressing and enjoy.
