Bite into one of these subs and you'll be left craving every bite!

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F with an oven rack in the middle position. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour some water in a small bowl and reserve.

Place all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix the meatball mixture until very smooth.

Dipping your fingers in the water, shape 24 meatballs, 1-inch in diameter. Place them on the tray and then into the preheated oven for 16 minutes.

While the meatballs are in the oven, mix the coleslaw mix with the blue cheese dressing. Cut the buns in half and toast them if you'd like.

Once the meatballs are baker with a minimum internal temperature of `165F, place them in a sauce pan on medium heat, with the buffalo sauce.

Place a little bit of the coleslaw in the toasted buns. Top with 3-4 meatballs and some grated cheese.
Optionally, you can garnish the subs with green onions and/or crumbled blue cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
Substitutions and Variations
- Coleslaw Dressing - Use Ranch or Caesar dressing if not a fan of blue cheese.
- Meat - Replace the ground turkey with pork or a mixture of pork and beef.
- Cheese - Use any type of grated cheese, like Monterrey Jack or Cheddar.
- Bread Crumbs - Replace panko crumbs with bread crumbs for the meatballs.
Storage
Store any of the leftover buffalo meatballs in an airtight container. Refrigerate for 2-3 days. Once the Buffalo Turkey Meatball Sub is assembled, the sauces will start to be absorbed by the bun. You can refrigerate the assembled subs for a few hours, but I do not recommend it overnight.

- 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
- ¼ cup Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
- 1 cup Grated Mozzarella
Instructions
Make the Meatballs
- Preheat your oven to 350F with a rack in the middle position. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour water into a small bowl, enough to dip your fingers.
- Place the ground turkey and all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.
- Dipping your fingers in the water, take some of the meat mixture and shape it in a 1-inch meatball. Place on the prepared baking try and repeat until you have around 24 meatballs.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven for 16 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is at least 165F.
Assembling the Subs
- In a small bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix and the salad dressing.
- Cut open the buns and toast them until golden. If they are too big for the toaster, you can place them facing up in an air fryer, toaster oven, or under the broiler.
- Once the meatballs are fully cooked, place them in a large skillet on medium heat. Pour the ½ cup of buffalo sauce on the meatballs and toss them to coat. Once the sauce is heated through, take the skillet off the heat.
- To assemble the subs, take a toasted bun and place some of the dressed coleslaw on the bottom.
- Top the coleslaw with 3-4 meatballs and sprinkle with some of the grated cheese.
