Variations

  • Quick Flatbread Version - Assemble this pizza on your favorite flatbreads and place on the middle rack under the broiler, until the cheese has crisped up.

How to store the Hummus Pizza

Let the Hummus Pizza cool completely before storing to help preserve the texture of the crust and toppings. Store leftover slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for best flavor and freshness. Reheat the pizza in a 375°F (190°C) oven or in a skillet until the crust becomes crisp again and the toppings are warmed through. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can soften the crust and reduce the bright texture of the vegetables and hummus.
