How to make Everything Bagel Savory Muffins
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Make 10 larger muffins or 12 snack-sized muffins.

- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and everything seasoning in a medium bowl.

- In a separate larger bowl, whisk eggs until lightly frothy. Whisk in Greek yogurt, oil, and milk until smooth.

- Add wet ingredients to dry and fold gently until just combined. Fold in grated cheese and chopped dill.

- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. About ¾ full for 12 muffins, or to the top of the cavity for 10 slightly larger muffins. Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden and set in the center. Let cool 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan.
How to store the muffins
Store the Everything Bagel Savory Muffins by allowing them to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. Keep the muffins at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days to maintain freshness. Reheat gently in the oven or toaster oven until warmed through to restore their soft texture and cheesy flavor. Freeze the muffins in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months, then thaw at room temperature and warm before serving.
