Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Make 10 larger muffins or 12 snack-sized muffins.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and everything seasoning in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate larger bowl, whisk eggs until lightly frothy. Whisk in Greek yogurt, oil, and milk until smooth.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and fold gently until just combined. Fold in grated cheese and chopped dill.
  • Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. About ¾ full for 12 muffins, or to the top of the cavity for 10 slightly larger muffins.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden and set in the center. Let cool 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan.
