Dry Ingredients
- 1¾ cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
Wet Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill finely chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Make 10 larger muffins or 12 snack-sized muffins.
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and everything seasoning in a medium bowl.
In a separate larger bowl, whisk eggs until lightly frothy. Whisk in Greek yogurt, oil, and milk until smooth.
Add wet ingredients to dry and fold gently until just combined. Fold in grated cheese and chopped dill.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. About ¾ full for 12 muffins, or to the top of the cavity for 10 slightly larger muffins.
Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden and set in the center. Let cool 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan.
