- Sesame Oil
- Garlic Cloves
- Green Onion
- Milk
- Gochujang (for bibimbap)
- Instant Ramen Noodles
- Grated Cheese
- Fried Egg (optional)

How to make Spicy Cheese Ramen

Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle the sesame oil in the pan. Place the minced garlic and and green onion to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the Gochujang to the pan and then follow up with the milk. Sprinkle only 1 pack of the ramen seasoning and mix everything together until the Gochujang is dissolved in the sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Place the the 2 ramen bundles into the sauce. Cook them for a minutes per side, until you can loosen up the noodles. Keep cooking them in the sauce until tender.

Add the grated cheese to the noodles and mix it in. Serve the Spicy Cheese Ramen right away with an optional fried egg on top.

Substitutions
- Chili Sauce - Replace the Gochujang in the recipe with a chili sauce like Sriracha. If you don't like too much heat, start with a little and you can always add more.
- Peanut Butter - Add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and a tablespoon of soy sauce before adding the milk. Whisk everything together and continue with the recipe. Sprinkle on top crushed peanuts on top for some crunch.
- Cheese - Replace the mozzarella cheese in the recipe with any kind of grated cheese like cheddar, marble, or even Monterrey Jack.
Storage
Store an leftover Spicy Cheese Ramen in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator. Heat back up in the microwave or place in a sauce pan with a tablespoon of water and heat back up on medium heat.

Spicy Cheese Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

- 1 large Green Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang
- 2 cups Milk
- 170 grams Instant Ramen Noodles 2 x 85g packs
- 1½ cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 2 large Fried Eggs optional
