Spicy Cheese Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Green Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 170 grams Instant Ramen Noodles 2 x 85g packs
  • cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 2 large Fried Eggs optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle the sesame oil in the pan. Add the minced garlic and and green onion to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the gochujang to the pan and then follow up with the milk. Add only 1 pack of the ramen seasoning and mix everything together until the gochujang is dissolved in the sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Place the the 2 ramen bundles into the sauce. Cook them for a minutes per side, until you can loosen up the noodles. Keep cooking them in the sauce until tender.
  • Add the grated cheese to the noodles and mix it in.
  • Serve the cheesy ramen right away with an optional fried egg on top.
