How to make Turkey Burger Sliders

  1. Combine in a large bowl, the ground turkey, panko crumbs, mustard, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and fresh dill. Mix with your hand, until all ingredients are well distributed.

  1. Divide the meat mixture into six balls. Shape each ball of meat into a 3-4 inch patty.

  1. Preheat the grill to 400F. Place the turkey burger sliders on the grill and reduce the 350F. Cook for for 5-7 minutes per side, as long as the internal temperature is 165F when taking off the grill.

  1. Build your sliders with on the pretzel buns, with mayo, lettuce, red onion, the turkey burgers, tomato, and bacon.

Storage

Store cooked Turkey Burgers Sliders properly to keep them fresh and safe to eat. Let the burgers cool completely at room temperature, then transfer them to an airtight container. Place a layer of parchment paper between each patty if stacking to prevent sticking. Refrigerate the burgers for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap each patty tightly in plastic wrap or foil, place them in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven, microwave, or on the stovetop until warmed through before serving.
