Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Ground Turkey
  • ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ tablespoon Onion Powder
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Grainy Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Dill finely chopped
  • 6 pieces Pretzel Buns

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a large bowl, the ground turkey, panko crumbs, mustard, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and fresh dill. Mix with your hand, until all ingredients are well distributed.
    500 grams Ground Turkey , ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs , ½ tablespoon Onion Powder, ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 tablespoon Grainy Mustard, 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise , 3 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • Divide the meat mixture into six balls. Shape each ball of meat into a 3-4 inch patty.
  • Preheat the grill to 400F. Place the turkey burger sliders on the grill and reduce the 350F. Cook for for 5-7 minutes per side, as long as the internal temperature is 165F when taking off the grill.
  • Build your sliders with on the pretzel buns, with mayo, lettuce, red onion, the turkey burgers, tomato, and bacon.
