Ingredients
Choose your choice of flavored mustard, or stick with Dijon, to make the most delicious honey mustard sauce. See below the ingredients that I used to make my Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps.

- French's Sweet Onion Mustard
- Greek Yogurt
- Mayonnaise
- Liquid Honey
- Chicken Tenders or Chicken Nuggets
- Shredded Lettuce
- Tomato Slices
- Large Flour Tortillas

Instructions

Mix together the mustard, honey, yogurt, and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Prepare the veggies by slicing the tomatoes and shredding the lettuce.

Place a couple sliced of tomatoes, some shredded lettuce and a couple strips of chicken tenders in the center the wrap.

Drizzle on your desired amount of Honey Mustard Sauce over the chicken. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!

Substitutions and Variations
- Buffalo Chicken Wrap - Use Buffalo seasoned Chicken Nuggets or replace the Honey Mustard with Buffalo Sauce to make a Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
- Extra Veggies - Add extra veggies like sliced cucumbers and/or carrots
- Chicken Breast- Replace the chicken tenders with a sliced chicken breast
Storage
Due to the nature of the wrap, it might dry out or get soggy after being assembled. Store any leftover Honey Mustard Sauce in an airtight container. Keep the sauce refrigerated for up to a week. Use it as a dip for veggies, fries and more!

Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 8 pieces Chicken Tenders cooked as per package directions
- 1 large Tomato thinly sliced
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 4 large White Flour Tortilla
Honey Mustard Sauce
- ¼ cup Sweet Onion Mustard see notes
- ¼ cup Liquid Honey
- 2 tablespoon Greek Yogurt see notes
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Start by making the Honey Mustard Sauce by combining all of its ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk them together until well combined. Set aside.
- To assemble the wrap, place a couple slices of tomato in the center of a flour tortilla. Top them with ½ cup of shredded lettuce and 2 chicken tenders.
- Drizzle your desired amount of Honey Mustard Sauce on top of the chicken tenders.
- Roll up the wrap by taking the end of the tortilla closest to you and folding it tightly over the ingredients. Fold the left and right sides in. Holding onto the sides, roll the wrap away from you over the remaining flap of the tortilla.
- With the seem of the wrap on the bottom, use a sharp knife to cut it in half if desired. Enjoy!
