See recipe card for quantities.
Instructions

1. Soften the cream cheese in a large bowl. Blend in the Worcestershire, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, and salt.

2. Add the pieces of imitation crab to the bowl and break them apart with the hand mixer.

3. Fold the grated cheese and the chopped green onion into the Crab Rangoon mixture.

4. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.

5. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto 3 slices of bread, on the unbuttered side. Create 3 sandwiches with the buttered sides on the outside.

6. Place the prepared Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheeses on a medium-hot griddle (300F), or in a frying pan. Cook each side until golden brown.

Remove the cooked grilled cheeses from the griddle and serve right away.
Storage
Store any leftover Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheese in an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Due to the nature of the filling, I do not recommend freezing a grilled cheese. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds if desired before eating the leftovers.
