How to make Blueberry Flax Granola
Preheat your oven to 325F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- Combine in a large bowl, the oats, flax, almonds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to stir very well.

- Pour the melted coconut oil and the liquid honey into the dry ingredients. Fold all the ingredients together with the rubber spatula, until there are no more loose dry ingredients.

- Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking pan. Spread it out as evenly as possible, taking the whole surface of the tray.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip over the granola, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the Blueberry Flax Granola from the oven and sprinkle the dried blueberries on top. Let the granola cool completely and then store in an airtight container.

How to Store the Granola
Store the Blueberry Flax Granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain its crunch. For longer storage, freeze the granola in a sealed freezer bag or container for up to 3 months; just let it come to room temperature before serving.
