Preheat your oven to 325F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine in a large bowl, the oats, flax, almonds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to stir very well.
2 cups Rolled Oats, ¼ cup Milled Flax, ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, ½ cup Blanched Sliced Almonds, 2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Pour the melted coconut oil and the liquid honey into the dry ingredients. Fold all the ingredients together with the rubber spatula, until there are no more loose dry ingredients.

Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking pan. Spread it out as evenly as possible, taking the whole surface of the tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip over the granola, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the granola from the oven and sprinkle the dried blueberries on top. Let the granola cool completely and then store in an airtight container.
