How to make a Swiss Chard Smoothie

- Add all of the ingredients to the blender jar, ending with the chopped Swiss chard.

- Secure the lid on the blender jar and blend until smooth. If ingredients do not blend at first, scrape down the side, secure the lid and blend until smooth.
Storage
Store the Swiss Chard Smoothie in an airtight jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours for the freshest taste and texture. Shake or stir well before drinking, as natural separation will occur. For longer storage, freeze the smoothie in single-serve portions (like ice cube trays or freezer-safe jars) for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge or blend the frozen cubes with a splash of liquid when ready to enjoy.
