Stretch out the pizza dough to 12 inches and place on a greased pizza pan.
Spread the tomato sauce on the dough. Sprinkle on 1 cup of the grated mozzarella cheese.
Place the vegetables, including the pineapple pieces, on top of the shredded cheese. Sprinkle on the remaining shredded cheese and the dry oregano on top.
Bake the pizza in the preheated 475F oven. Cook the pizza for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is a nice golden color.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting into it. Garnish with optional fresh cilantro for an extra burst of flavor!
