- 2 pounds Chicken Drumsticks about 10 of them
- 2 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 Spray Cooking Spray
Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pat down the chicken drumsticks with paper towel to remove extra moisture.
In a large sealable plastic bag, mix together the baking powder and the seasoning.
Add the drumsticks to the bag and close it up. Shake up the bag so that the drumsticks are evenly coated.
Remove the coated drumsticks from the bag without any extra loose seasoning. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking tray.
Spray the drumsticks with cooking spray. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven. Turn over the drumsticks, spray them again with cooking spray and return them to the oven for another 20 minutes.
