Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Orange Juice from half an orange
- ½ tablespoon Orange Zest from half an orange
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken Breasts diced small
- 1 cup Cooked Wild Rice cooled
- 2 stalks Green Onion thinly sliced
- 2 ribs Celery thinly sliced
- ½ large Red Bell Pepper diced small
- ⅓ cup Pecans toasted
- ⅓ cup Craisins
Start by combining all of the dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until the dressing is smooth.
Add all of the filling ingredients to the bowl with the dressing. Fold everything together.
Serve on top of a bed of leafy greens, inside of a wrap.
