Ingrédients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced (½-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 large Bell Pepper diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomato
  • 15 oz Black Beans
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until lightly browned and cooked through. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Remove excess fat if necessary.

  • Add onion and bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and tomato paste; cook for 1 minute to caramelize.

  • Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne. Stir constantly for 30 seconds to release aromatics.
    1 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper, 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin , 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika , ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • Add crushed tomatoes, broth, sweet potatoes, and beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender.
    2 medium Sweet Potatoes, 15 oz Black Beans, 2 cups Chicken Broth, 28 oz Crushed Tomato
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar or lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes if a thicker consistency is desired.
