Ingredients
Find below the list of ingredients used to make my Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups. Make a batch of my Mini Phyllo Cups before assembling these, or find a ready-to-bake version in the frozen aisle by the frozen pie shells.

- Mini Phyllo Cups
- Brie Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Cinnamon
- Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

- Cut up the brie and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave for a minutes, 30 seconds at a time, until cream cheese is soft.

- Add the cranberry sauce and the cinnamon to the melted cheese. Stir until well combined and smooth.

- Fill 24 mini phyllo cups with the cheese filling.

- Garnish the Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups with a little bit of cranberry sauce and a small piece of brie.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set the filling if not serving right away. Sprinkle on chopped fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
Storage
Store any leftover Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups
Ingredients
- 24 pieces Mini Phyllo Cups
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 4 ounces Brie Cheese
- ⅓ cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce divided
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Bake the mini phyllo cups by following our recipe or the instructions on the package if buying them in the freezer aisle.
- Cut up the brie and cream cheese into small cubes. Place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for a minutes, 30 seconds at a time, until cream cheese is soft.
- Add ¼ cup of the cranberry sauce and the cinnamon to the melted cheese. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Fill 24 mini phyllo cups with the Cranberry Brie filling.
- Garnish the mini phyllo cups with the remaining cranberry sauce and a small piece of brie.
- Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set the filling if not serving right away. Sprinkle on chopped fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
