Bake the mini phyllo cups by following our recipe or the instructions on the package if buying them in the freezer aisle.
Cut up the brie and cream cheese into small cubes. Place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for a minutes, 30 seconds at a time, until cream cheese is soft.
Add ¼ cup of the cranberry sauce and the cinnamon to the melted cheese. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Fill 24 mini phyllo cups with the Cranberry Brie filling.
Garnish the mini phyllo cups with the remaining cranberry sauce and a small piece of brie.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set the filling if not serving right away. Sprinkle on chopped fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
