How to make Bam Bam Shrimp Pasta Salad
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta as per directed on the package. Drain the pasta and let it cool. Cook the shrimp as per the directions on the box, using your preferred cooking method.

Make the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, chopped parsley and cilantro.

Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together, until smooth. Adjust the level of heat by tasting the dressing and adding more sriracha sauce if desired.

Add the cooled pasta into the bowl with the dressing and toss everything together so that the pasta is well coated.

Plate some of the pasta salad and top with the cooked shrimp. Garnish the Bam Bam Shrimp Pasta Salad with chopped green onions and drizzle with more hot chili sauce if desired.
Substitutions
- Pasta - Use your favorite kind of medium pasta, like penne, bowtie, or fusilli.
- Shrimp - Replace the popcorn shrimp with grilled shrimp, marinating them with fresh lime juice and chili powder and smoked paprika, for that extra kick of flavor.
- Extra Veggies - Add finely chopped vegetables like celery or bell pepper, for an extra crunch and boost of nutrients.
- Mayonnaise - Substitute the Greek Yogurt in the recipe with sour cream, or just use mayonnaise if you do not have either of those.
Storage
Make the Bam Bam Shrimp Pasta Salad in advanced without the shrimp and place the covered bowl in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Cook up the shrimp before serving so that they keep their crispy exterior.
Store any leftovers of the pasta salad in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Keep the popcorn shrimp refrigerated separately so that they do not soften by absorbing the dressing. If using freshly grilled shrimp, you can combine them in with the pasta salad and store for 2 days in the refrigerator.
