Instructions
Cook the pasta as per the directions on the box or in a large pot of salted boiling water. Once ready, drain the pasta and let it cool while you prepare the rest of the salad.
Cook the popcorn shrimp as per the directions on the box.
Prepare the dressing by combining all of its ingredients in a large bowl which can accommodate the cooked pasta. Whisk the dressing until smooth. If you want a little more heat, you can add an extra teaspoon of sriracha to the dressing.
Place the cooled and cooked pasta into the bowl with the dressing. Fold it in until well coated in the dressing.
To serve, place some of the pasta salad on a plate. Top with some of the cooked popcorn shrimp and garnish with some of the chopped green onion.
