- Pour over the wet ingredients; the oats, baking powder, salt, and salt. Stir to combine and let sit for 10 minutes to let it start to thicken up.

- Transfer the oatmeal mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spoon to evenly distribute the oats. Gently place the blackberries over the oatmeal, spacing them evenly.

- Bake the Blackberry Oatmeal uncovered, in the preheated 375F oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into it.
How to store the baked oatmeal
Store the Baked Blackberry Oatmeal by allowing it to cool completely before covering or transferring it to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 4 days to keep it fresh and easy to portion for quick breakfasts. Reheat individual servings in the microwave or warm the entire dish in a low oven until heated through, adding a splash of milk if needed to restore moisture. Freeze tightly wrapped portions for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
