Ingredients

  • 375 grams Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 340 grams Egg White Noodles
  • 455 ml Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 ribs Celery thinly sliced
  • 1 small Yellow Onion diced

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss lightly to prevent sticking, and set aside.
  • Brown the turkey sausages: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the turkey sausages. Cook, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and nicely browned on all sides. Transfer the sausages to a plate and slice if desired.
  • Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, drizzle in olive oil. Add the sliced celery and diced onion and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, until the onions are softened and translucent.
  • Add the chili sauce: Pour the chili sauce into the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Return the sausages: Add the cooked turkey sausages back to the skillet and stir to coat them in the sauce. Simmer for another 3–5 minutes, until the sausages are heated through.
  • Serve: Spoon the turkey sausage chili over the cooked egg noodles and serve warm.
