Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Frozen Texas Toast
  • ½ large Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup White Onion diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 450 grams Lean Ground Beef 16 ounces
  • ½ cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar optional
  • teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425F in order to bake the frozen Garlic Texas toast. Follow the instructions on the package.
    8 slices Frozen Texas Toast
  • Drizzle a little oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add to it, the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Break down the beef and cook the beef fully.
    ½ large Bell Pepper, ¼ cup White Onion, 4 cloves Garlic, 450 grams Lean Ground Beef
  • Add to the cooked beef, the ketchup, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until desired consistency.
    ½ cup Tomato Ketchup, 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar, 1½ teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard, 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Use a spoon to divide the meat mixture on top of the baked Texas toast.
  • Sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese on top of each sloppy joes toast. Return to the oven just until the cheese has melted.
