Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey shredded
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 ribs Celery
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Red Onion
  • 19 oz White Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 28 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop in a fine dice, the carrots, celery, and onion. Finely mince the garlic. Before you start cooking you also want to make sure to have 2 cups of shredded cooked turkey.
    2 cups Cooked Turkey , 2 ribs Celery, 2 medium Carrots, 5 cloves Garlic, ½ cup Red Onion
  • Drizzle the olive oil in a Dutch oven on medium heat. Add in the chopped vegetables and cook until the onion are translucent.

  • Add to the Dutch oven, the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, cranberry sauce, kidney beans, shredded turkey, chili powder, and salt.
    19 oz White Kidney Beans, 1 cup Cranberry Sauce , 28 oz Diced Tomatoes , 1 cup Tomato Sauce , 3 tablespoon Chili Powder, 2 teaspoon Salt
  • Stir everything to combine and bring to a simmer. Place the lid on the pot and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
