Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams Frozen Pierogies thawed (about 15 of them)
  • cup Cooked Chicken cubed or shredded
  • ¾ cup Cooked Bacon Bits
  • ¼ cup Green Onion finely chopped
  • ¾ cup Alfredo Sauce
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided
  • ¼ cup Panko Crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F with a rack in the middle position. To bake the dish you will need a 10-inch x 8-inch baking dish, or a 9-inch pie plate made out of ceramic or glass.
  • Combine in a large bowl, the cooked chicken, bacon bits, ¾ cup of the shredded cheese, and green onion.
  • Pour the ranch dressing and the alfredo sauce in the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir everything to combine evenly. Proceed by folding in the thawed pierogies.
  • Grease your baking dish and pour the pierogi mixture into it. Smooth out the top and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¾ cup of cheese and the panko crumbs.
  • Place the dish in your preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top. Take out of the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
