450gramsFrozen Pierogies thawed (about 15 of them)
1½cupCooked Chickencubed or shredded
¾cupCooked Bacon Bits
¼cupGreen Onionfinely chopped
¾cupAlfredo Sauce
½cupRanch Dressing
1½cupShredded Mozzarella Cheesedivided
¼cupPanko Crumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F with a rack in the middle position. To bake the dish you will need a 10-inch x 8-inch baking dish, or a 9-inch pie plate made out of ceramic or glass.
Combine in a large bowl, the cooked chicken, bacon bits, ¾ cup of the shredded cheese, and green onion.
Pour the ranch dressing and the alfredo sauce in the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir everything to combine evenly. Proceed by folding in the thawed pierogies.
Grease your baking dish and pour the pierogi mixture into it. Smooth out the top and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¾ cup of cheese and the panko crumbs.
Place the dish in your preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top. Take out of the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
