Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    1½ cup All Purpose Flour, ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder, 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar, 1 tablespoon Baking Powder, ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda, ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
    2 large Eggs, 1 cup Greek Yogurt, 1 cup Milk, 2 tablespoon Butter, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Heat the pan: Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Combine: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
    ½ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Cook pancakes: Scoop about ½ cup batter per, to make 5-inch pancakes. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and edges are set. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until cooked through.
