Ingredients

  • 250 grams Rotini Pasta
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast cooked, about 2 cups

Instructions

  • Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside to cool. Cook the bacon at this stage so it has time to cool.
250 grams Rotini Pasta, 4 slices Bacon
  • Combine in a large bowl, the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
½ cup Greek Yogurt, 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 clove Garlic, 2 tablespoon Fresh Chives, 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Chop up the cooked chicken into small cubes. At the same time you can chop up the cooked bacon into bits.
    2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • Add the cooled pasta and cubed chicken into the bowl with the dressing. Fold everything together until well coated. Serve with the bacon on the side or fold it into the pasta salad.
