Ingrédients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or cooking oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 450 grams Ground Turkey 1 pound
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 cup Canned Black Beans drained
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced

Instructions
 

  • Place a large non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Drizzle in a little olive oil, and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Add the ground turkey and cook fully.

  • Season the cooked turkey with the cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Add the black beans, cooked rice, salsa, and frozen corn. Stir to combine, cook until heated through, and remove from the heat.
    1 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder, ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 1 cup Canned Black Beans, 1 cup Cooked Rice, 1 cup Salsa , 1 cup Frozen Corn Kernels
  • Assemble the burritos by placing the 4 large tortillas on a clean surface. Place grated cheese in the middles, followed by the turkey mixture. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and 2 slices of avocado.

  • Wrap the burrito up tightly and serve as is, or place in a hot, lightly greased frying pan. Start by grilling the folded sides first in order to give it a good seal. Grill both sides until golden and enjoy!

Taco Meat Seasoning:
  • You can replace the cumin, chili powder, and paprika, with 1 tablespoon of prepared Taco Seasoning.
