Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, puis ajoutez les poivrons, les champignons, les carottes et le c\u00e9leri. Ajoutez l'orge cuite dans la po\u00eale contenant les l\u00e9gumes et les \u0153ufs. Verser la sauce soya dans la po\u00eale chaude pour d\u00e9glacer et lib\u00e9rer tous les ar\u00f4mes. Ajoutez le gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9 et l'huile de s\u00e9same et laissez cuire quelques minutes.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Servez le riz frit \u00e0 l'orge tout de suite, bien chaud. Faites frire des crevettes, utilisez du poulet r\u00f4ti effiloch\u00e9 ou m\u00eame des cubes de tofu croustillants.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-conserver-le-granola\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Comment conserver le granola<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez refroidir le <strong><em>riz frit \u00e0 l'orge<\/em><\/strong> \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour \u00e9viter qu'il ramollisse. Transf\u00e9rez-le dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique pour pr\u00e9server sa fra\u00eecheur. Placez le contenant au frigo et gardez-le jusqu'\u00e0 3 jours. R\u00e9chauffez-le dans la po\u00eale ou au micro-ondes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit bien chaud avant de servir. Pour une conservation plus longue, congelez des portions individuelles jusqu'\u00e0 2 mois.
