J'ai utilis\u00e9 celles \u00e0 la sauce tomate pour cette recette, mais vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait utiliser n'importe quel autre type, comme celles \u00e0 la m\u00e9lasse. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Viande <\/strong>: Remplacez le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 par de la volaille hach\u00e9e comme du poulet ou de la dinde. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumes <\/strong>: Remplacez le poivron par une tasse de brocoli ou m\u00eame de carottes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Lorsque vous remplacez ces ingr\u00e9dients dans la recette, assurez-vous d'utiliser les m\u00eames quantit\u00e9s. R\u00e9chauffez-les doucement \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-doux ou au micro-ondes, en ajoutant un peu d'eau si la sauce a trop \u00e9paissi.
