Divisez la p\u00e2te en deux parts \u00e9gales. Fa\u00e7onnez-les en pizzas de 30 cm ou utilisez-les pour faire votre propre recette. Placez les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 pizza sur une plaque \u00e0 pizza ou une plaque de cuisson huil\u00e9e. Disposez les rondelles d'oignon rouge sur le fromage. \u00c9talez les tranches de prosciutto uniform\u00e9ment sur la pizza, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que chaque portion en contienne une. Pendant que les pizzas cuisent, pr\u00e9parez la roquette. Mettez-la dans un saladier. Arrosez-la d'un filet d'huile d'olive et de jus de citron. Retirez les pizzas du four et laissez-les refroidir de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Coupez-les en morceaux de la taille souhait\u00e9e. Juste avant de servir, \u00e9talez la roquette assaisonn\u00e9e sur les pizzas \u00e0 l'aide d'une fourchette, car elle risque de fl\u00e9trir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous l'effet de la chaleur.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-conserver-la-pizza\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Comment conserver la pizza <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois votre pizza au prosciutto et \u00e0 la roquette cuite, voici comment la conserver comme il faut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conservation \u00e0 court terme : <\/strong>Laissez la pizza refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis placez les parts dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique ou enveloppez-les soigneusement dans du papier d\u2019aluminium. Conservez-les au frigo pendant <strong>3 jours<\/strong> maximum. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conservation \u00e0 long terme : <\/strong>Si vous voulez congeler la salade, ajoutez la roquette apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e. Enveloppez chaque tranche individuellement dans une pellicule plastique puis dans du papier d'aluminium, ou conservez-les dans des sacs de cong\u00e9lation pendant <strong>2 mois<\/strong> maximum. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9chauffage : <\/strong>R\u00e9chauffez au four \u00e0<strong> 200 \u00b0C<\/strong> (thermostat 6) ou au four grille-pain pendant 5 \u00e0 8 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cro\u00fbte soit croustillante et le fromage fondu.
