Pendant que les asperges et l'orzo refroidissent, pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez le zeste et le jus de citron, l'ail finement hach\u00e9, l'huile d'olive, la moutarde de Dijon, le sel et le poivre. Dans un grand bol d'orzo, ajoutez la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, le persil hach\u00e9 et toute la vinaigrette. M\u00e9langez bien. Couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez si vous ne servez pas imm\u00e9diatement.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conseils-de-conservation\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Conseils de conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conservez les restes d'orzo aux asperges et au citron dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Gardez-le au frais jusqu'\u00e0 3 jours pour pr\u00e9server sa fra\u00eecheur et sa saveur. R\u00e9chauffez-le doucement \u00e0 la casserole ou au micro-ondes, en ajoutant un peu d'eau ou de bouillon pour d\u00e9tendre les p\u00e2tes si n\u00e9cessaire. D\u00e9gustez-le froid en salade de p\u00e2tes, ou r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pour un repas rapide et savoureux. \u00c9vitez de le congeler, car la texture de l'orzo et des asperges risque de devenir
