Versez un filet d'huile d'olive. Placez vos cuisses de poulet c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le bas. *Laissez le poulet devenir croustillant et prendre une belle couleur dor\u00e9e des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire qu'il soit compl\u00e8tement cuit \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Recouvrez avec les cuisses de poulet frites, c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le haut. Placez le couvercle sur la po\u00eale et mettez-la au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant 30 minutes.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Faites cuire au four pendant 20 minutes, puis retirez le couvercle pendant les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes pour une texture plus croustillante du poulet et du riz. Assurez-vous que la temp\u00e9rature interne du poulet atteigne au moins 74 \u00b0C (165 \u00b0F). Avant de servir, j'aime arroser le plat de jus de lime frais et parsemer du reste de coriandre fra\u00eeche. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez-les jusqu'\u00e0 3 jours pour pr\u00e9server la fra\u00eecheur des saveurs et le moelleux du riz. Faites-les chauffer doucement au micro-ondes ou dans la casserole avec un peu d'eau ou de bouillon pour leur redonner de l'humidit\u00e9. Vous pouvez aussi congeler des portions individuelles dans des contenants congelables pendant un maximum de 2 mois, en les d\u00e9congelant au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant une nuit avant de les
