Mixez par impulsions courtes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les morceaux ressemblent \u00e0 du riz, en vous arr\u00eatant avant qu\u2019ils ne deviennent une pur\u00e9e. \u00c9talez le brocoli \u00ab r\u00e2p\u00e9 \u00bb sur un linge propre et tapotez pour retirer l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019humidit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode \u00e0 la r\u00e2pe :<\/strong><br>Parer le brocoli et utilisez avec pr\u00e9caution les gros trous d\u2019une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 bo\u00eete pour r\u00e2per les fleurettes en petits morceaux de la taille du riz. Rassemblez le riz de brocoli dans un linge et pressez doucement pour retirer l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau.ater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode au couteau :<\/strong><br>Hachez finement les fleurettes de brocoli avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9, en faisant basculer la lame d\u2019avant en arri\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les morceaux soient petits et uniformes, de la taille de grains de riz.
