Pour prolonger la fra\u00eecheur, gardez-les au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 jours \u2014 laissez-les revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou r\u00e9chauffez-les bri\u00e8vement au four avant de servir pour retrouver leur texture moelleuse. Pour la cong\u00e9lation, enveloppez les muffins individuellement dans du film plastique ou du papier d\u2019aluminium et placez-les dans un sac ou un contenant adapt\u00e9 au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois.
